Athletics play an important role in shaping a student’s ability to relate well to others and learn how to work as part of a team.
Just as academics provide challenges in which students can test their intellectual and artistic limits, sports offer a venue for them to test their character, ethics, physical prowess and sportsmanship, while enjoying the camaraderie of their fellow students.
To these ends, The Adelson School offers outstanding programs in physical education and health in a drug-free environment, allowing students to acquire knowledge, attitudes, habits and skills that help ensure a lifetime of good physical health. |
